Do your saunas come with warranty?
Yes, every BEMANI sauna comes with a 3 year warranty as standard, which can be extended up to 5 years upon request.
How much notice will you give me before my sauna arrives?
Once your BEMANI sauna is almost ready, we will call you at least two weeks before your sauna is ready to deliver. This will be pre-assembled to place on site via crane.
What preparations do I need to do before I receive my sauna?
Before your BEMANI sauna arrives, please ensure the foundation can handle at least 1.5 tons of weight and for each sauna, power must be supplied which is usually 240v, single or 3 phase. Please contact the office to be certain of the power requirements.
What kind of maintenance does my sauna require?
Your BEMANI sauna will arrive prepped for the outdoor weather condition and internal heat, moisture conditions. We recommend that you use approved sauna wood oil once at least every 6-12 months after the first year of having your sauna installed.
What is the life expectancy of a BEMANI sauna?
Our saunas are made to last, and we expect no issues for at least 10 years if not more, providing the annual maintenance recommendations are applied. We offer an annual service package, if you’d like to know more, please contact the office.
Can I use the sauna all year round?
Absolutely. BEMANI saunas are made using the highest quality material to withstand extreme temps both internally and externally and we encourage you use the sauna all year round to keep the heaters and internal woods, components active.

Do you offer finance?
Currently, we do not offer finance options, but we’re actively working to introduce this feature within the next couple of months. Please check back with us for updates.
